Average Age Length: 150 years

Rarity: Common

General Info:

The keepers of the earth, Ralgune are known for their smithing and their grand pleasures. They are the race that truly knows how to celebrate, but are fiercely loyal to their smithing and trade. They are also fantastic at running businesses and working as merchants, as they always have eyes for quality. Harnessing the abilities of the Galuvana, massive four eyed serpents with arms and a toxic bite, no other creature can navigate the scorching landscape of the Volcanos.

Characteristics:

Ralgune are rather short creatures, very few tall. Bearded fellows, they are more reptile than anything. While they have humanoid properties, they have pale, almost yellowish skin, or darker skin depending on where they are born. As well as slit pupils. Their blood runs cold, yet they prefer their mountains and caverns, remaining where the heat is high. With long ears and tails, they have patches of scales spread around their bodies. With their heightened senses they are able to smell quality materials from quite a distance, allowing their noses to lead them to the most precious of gems and metals.

Religions:

Ralgune are not particular to any one God, paying homage to them all. However, many are still found to be worshiping the Gods with names long forgotten, such as the Goddess of Trade and the God of the Earth.

Mating & Reproduction:

Ralgune usually pair up later in life at about thirty to forty years old, a male and female respectively. They can have anywhere from three to six children within their lifespan, the fertility of both genders never waning even as they reach the end of their life span. Gestation is about five months long and after birth, young must remain in high heat environments to grow strong enough to join the other children, which are a tribe afire. Co parenting can be common, as Ralgune see all children as a blessing.
