The capital city of the Harpies, this city is built into a large mountainous island that is connected to the mainland by a stone bridge. The Harpy Air Force uses this city as their base of operations. Ruled by the Blacksteel family, the city has seen better days. Now it looks more like a desolate prison than a city. However, there are many that remember the days that the streets were alive with people, and the culture of the Harpies was far more important than any conquest or prize.
